This hotel suits me perfectly with fast wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a relaxing bar/lounge area. On my first stay, staff helped me find a local taxi service. I highly recommend this place for comfort and convenience. I'm coming back for the new year!

The front desk staff immediately addressed the issue with blood stains in the first room, quickly moving us to a new one. During a stay of four nights, the staff consistently greeted me, creating a friendly atmosphere. However, the downgraded room experience was troubling. cramped space without a window felt claustrophobic and far from what was booked. Poor communication regarding an overbooking led to increased frustration, especially when rooms were available nearby.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the spacious shower and the quiet room environment. The bar's happy hour was a nice touch for relaxing after a long day! I would definitely stay here again.

I loved the super friendly staff! 🌟 They were always there to help when we needed anything. Unfortunately, our room was a bit cramped, especially the bathroom. Still, a great spot to explore the area!

I stayed for three nights for my family trip to New Orleans and had a great time. The location was convenient, allowing easy walks to popular spots like the French Quarter and Jackson Square. The staff, especially Courtney and Rayshawn, really stood out with their helpfulness and attentiveness, which enhanced our experience immensely. However, the noise from the elevators and the morning activities below made it hard to find some peace and quiet at times.

Our room had a great view, but there was a funky smell like mildew that wouldn't go away. Plus, we had some things mysteriously vanish, which was odd. The bar was chill though, and we appreciated having some decent breakfast.
